Hello everyone! My name is Alison and I'm the owner and founder of Alison Stones. I started this business in 2019 after I stumbled upon crystals and gemstones. I found it fascinating that crystals and stones can hold different and unique healing factors. The brand name, Alison Stones, actually started as a idea my mom proposed to me. At first I thought she was just being silly. I thought that being able to wire wrap crystals was not anything special. I thought it was easy, so I had no motivation to build a business on crystal jewelry. So, I let a few months pass and only made jewelry for myself and my family. I finally decided to create this business because I started to see the interest that others had for crystals. Every time someone asked me what was it that I was wearing, I found myself explaining extensively what crystals are, how they work, which ones were my favorite, and why I was wearing a specific crystal. From this, I found out that I knew so much about crystals! It was so fun to share my knowledge with my friends, family, and strangers. To give them information on a world they didn't know existed. So, that's when Alison Stones was created and put into action!
All of my crystals are founded from shops locally, here in Texas. I've even started to travel to mountainous states to hand-pick crystals for my shop. I've found that when I shop in-person I can ask questions to the owner(s) and really authenticate the crystals. I hand-pick each crystal based on what crystal attracts me. Either by its color, energy, or aura. Over the last 2 years, I've experimented a lot in making crystal necklaces, bracelets, and rings and it's been really fun. Through this business, I hope to pair people with great crystals and help them achieve the best from their crystals. Each crystal is cleansed and provided with a special affirmation (according to what kind of crystal it is) before shipment.
